The accommodation provider is a former chartered surveyor, with a property management degree who lives locally, works only to manage and maintain his properties and has an established team of tradesman whom have worked on his five student houses for 20 years+, hopefully guaranteeing a prompt and personal service.

                                 All the time in my ownership, since 2004, i have not had a break-in or an attempted break-in at this house.
