How to Register
To become accredited and benefit from advertising through Manchester Student Homes, you will need to commit to our Agent Code.

Registration Forms
We require the following paperwork to be completed which will tell us about you as a provider and about the an overview of the properties you wish to accredit.
Please complete and return the following documents to manchesterstudenthomes@manchester.ac.uk.
- Code Declaration and Terms & Conditions Form - Confirming you agree to our Code
- Registration Form - The information we require to create your web advert and your bespoke page.
Once we have received the paperwork we will undertake to give a full response within two weeks, you may be asked to provide further information.
The Costs
The cost to advertise as an agent with Manchester Student Homes is £1,050 + VAT for one accreditation year.
If you would like to pay by purchase order, you will need to become a registered customer of 'The University of Manchester.' Please contact manchesterstudenthomes@manchester.ac.uk for further details.
Adverts
If you would like to make any amendments or changes to your advert, please email the details to manchesterstudenthomes@manchester.ac.uk and we will update the advert for you. Once an agent is accredited but all the properties are taken, the advert and bespoke page will remain on the website until the end of the accreditation period.
The current advertising year for agencies runs from 1st October 2023 to 30th September 2024. All adverts will be taken off the Manchester Student Homes website on 30th September 2024.
Agent Accreditation
The agencies listed here have agreed to become members of the Manchester Student Homes accreditation scheme and agreed to the terms and conditions of the 'Agent Code'.
What this means, is that they have agreed to operate in a professional manner when dealing with all aspects of their service and to accept the intervention of Manchester Student Homes, should a complaint be made about their service.
