Manchester Student Homes has a dedicated accreditation scheme for Letting Agents in Greater Manchester. By joining, you become part of a trusted network committed to quality, safety, and professionalism. Accreditation is your mark of excellence—demonstrating your commitment to secure, well-managed housing for Manchester’s vibrant student community.
Accreditation is granted for a two-year cycle, commencing on 1st October and concluding on 30th September. The first year covers the advertising period, while the second year aligns with the student occupancy phase. Once accredited, an agent retains its approved status until 30th September following the end of the student tenancy agreements.

If you would like to make any amendments or changes to your advert, please email the details to manchesterstudenthomes@manchester.ac.uk and we will update the advert for you. Once an agent is accredited but all the properties are taken, the advert and bespoke page will remain on the website until the end of the accreditation period.
