The deposit is £500 per person and it will be fully returned upon fullfilling the contract.
The house has solar power panels on the roof that generates electricity so it saves a lot of electricity bills. The house also has a very efficient boiler so it saves a lot of gas bill too. The heating is smart heating that can be scheduled from a computer.
The house is in very good condition. Recently, brand new laminate flooring has been fitted for the bedrooms and the lounge. The bathroom was recently refurbished from the ceiling to the floor.
It is about 15 minutes walk or 5 mintues by bus to Manchester University/MMU and Oxford Road or ASDA Hulme. There is also an Aldi supermarket that is 5 mintues walking distance from the house. Parking space is available outside of the house.
This house is fully furnished. There is a fridge/freezer, a washing machine, a gas cooker, a microwave, a kettle, a dining table with three chairs, a leather sofa etc in the communal areas. Then each bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe, chest of draws, bedside table, a desk, a chair, a mirror, coat hooks and individual locks etc.
