We specialise in student accommodation, so we can help you market your property more effectively to prospective student tenants.

Accreditation

At Manchester Student Homes, we ask landlords, agents and private halls to sign up to our Code of Standards and provide well maintained and well managed properties. As well as offering accredited landlords exclusive advertising, we also offer help and advice at every step of the lettings process.

Letting and managing your property

We provide free independent, advice and guidance about how to manage tenancies correctly and a range of online resources are available via our Studentpad Control Panel.

Our office can also be used as a meeting place to complete tenancy agreements with your new tenants.

Housing Advice

We provide free housing advice and work in partnership with Manchester City Council, Greater Manchester Fire and Rescue Service, and Greater Manchester Police to help keep you up to date on legislative changes and regulations.

Managing Anti-Social Behaviour and Noise Nuisance

The Manchester Student Homes Good Neighbours Team, Manchester City Council and Greater Manchester Police conduct joint visits to student properties and take action to help reduce student anti-social behaviour and noise nuisance. Manchester Student Homes can offer guidance and practical advice if you are experiencing these types of issues with your student tenants.
