House of Social is a new concept of student accommodation, with Manchester's newest food hall downstairs. 
 
It consists of two, five or six bed houses in which depending on your room type, you will either have a shared, private kitchen or both.
There are 576 bedrooms, across 13 floors making up 112 houses.
 
All bills are included, along with bi-weekly housekeeping in the shared kitchen & social spaces and you will have access to exclusive resident offers in the food hall downstairs. 
We're introducing a new referral scheme where if one person is referred, they will receive £200 each, if they refer an additional one on top of that it'll be £300 and so on. Maximum amount being six people. Referral scheme:

	- 4 people = £500
