Manchester Student Homes offers great value web advertising as well as a range of free services for landlords. The vast majority of our landlords advertise during our first advertising period and successfully let their property for £98.00 or less!

Discounts are available if you have more than 5 properties or you can advertise your entire property portfolio with unlimited adverts for only £2,682.75.

We are not a lettings agent so we do not charge a percentage of your rental income or charge any additional fees!

Scale of Charges

The cost of advertising properties on Manchester Student Homes is as follows (all prices are inclusive of VAT):
