About Us

"For over 40 years Kexgill have been changing the perceptions of student accommodation in the UK. To rent from us we want to make it easy then easier still. All inclusive and with the best available broadband internet are a given.

Our tenants must feel safe and genuinely part of a friendly “club” to get the most out of University life. All our offices are close to the Universities staffed by friendly teams always on hand for a chat. If there is an award to won as voted by students we usually win it."

"We are located within 10 minutes’ walk from The University of Salford and with Manchester City Centre being on our doorstep. We are close to all major transport links and local amenities.

Our accommodation comprises of 4, 5, 6 and 7 bedroom apartments located within a halls of residence type complex. We also have a large number of 3 to 6 bedroom shared houses. All rooms are double with a number of en suites available.

All our properties include furniture, white goods, bills and wifi."
