Housing Talks

A representative from our office will be holding housing talks to provie you with important information and top tips on house hunting! Housing talks will take place across all residences:

Monday 19th November l  6pm – 7pm  l  Grove House, Oxford Road

Tuesday 20th November  l  6pm – 7pm  l  Room C2, Renold Building, North Campus

Thursday 22nd November   l  7pm – 8pm  l  Owens Park Tower Dining Hall, Fallowfield Residences

Monday 26th November   l  6.30pm – 7.30pm  l  John Hartshorne Lecture Theatre, Hulme Hall, Victoria Park Residences

3.    Location of accommodation
4.    Importance of budgeting
5.    The pros and cons of bills inclusive and exclusive options
6.    Taking into consideration transportation
7.    The optimum time to start looking
8.    Types of contracts available and the pros and cons
9.    A step by step guide to house hunting
