The house is fully furnished. In the kitchen, there is a frost free fridge freezer, a wash machine and microwave, gas cooker, breakfast bar etc. The kitchen is huge.
Each bedroom has a wardrobe, a desk, a chair and a double bed with mattress and individual locks.
In the lounge, there is 40' flat screen TV two sofas and a dinning table with chairs.
The house is offered with full double glazed windows and gas central heating. A brand new Worcester boiler was fitted recently.
Parking is available outside of the house.
The rent for the single bedroom is £150 per week including bills (gas, electricity, water and internet) and £160 per person per week for each double bedroom. There are three double bedrooms and one single bedroom in the house. The bill exclusive option will be £140 per person per week.
If the bill inclusive option is chosen, fair usage applies to both gas and electricity. Water and internet usage will be unlimited.
The deposit is £500 per person. It will be fully returned upon fullfilling the tenancy agreement.
