The house will be available from 10th August 2025 onwards. The initial contract will be finished on 9th August 2026. This whole house was taken by a group of four students but one just dropped out of the house share, hence there will be one bedroom available. You will be sharing this house with one girl and two guys.
The house is fully furnished. All bedrooms have individual locks. Each bedroom has a wardrobe, a desk, a chair and a double bed with mattress.
In the dining room, there is a dining table with four chairs, a four seated sofa. In the kitchen, there is a fridge freezer, microwave and a hoover etc. In the storage room, there is a shoe rack, a washing machine and a seperate dryer.
The house is offered with double glazing & central heating. For extra security, all downstairs windowns have been fitted with window bars from inside the house. It doesn't affect the looking of the house but it provides extra security.
It's in a quiet residental area but has the convenience of walking distance to both the University of Manchester and MMU. There is a big Aldi supermarket around the corner. ASDA Hulme and B&M are very close too. Garswood Road Bus Stop is a few doors away and the buses are very frequent to go to city centre via the universities.
There is a huge back garden with lawn and fruit trees. Off Road parking is available and it can park for upto 3 cars in the front garden.
The rent is £160 per week including bills (gas, electricity, water and internet).
The deposit is £500. It will be fully returned upon fullfilling the contract.
