There are local shops a two minute walk away and the fantastic Venus food store is only a few minutes walk away too along with some takeaways.
I am a hands-on landlord who manages the property myself and has owned the house for 20 years. I take pride in maintaining the house to a good standard and promptly deal with any maintenance issues as they occur.
