The property offers a great choice of en-suite rooms in three, four, five, and six bedroom flats with shared kitchen and living areas, perfect for sharing with friends or meeting new people. Alternatively, we have studio apartments for truly independent student living. Piccadilly Point also has a modern on-site gym which tenants can make use of throughout the year.
As with all our student accommodation in Manchester, Piccadilly Point is safe and secure, with a security key card entry system for all areas of the building, a dedicated management team and security services for any help you might need outside our normal office hours.
We include Wi-Fi in all rooms, contents insurance and all bills in the price of your room, so you don’t have to worry about any unexpected costs.
