We're the Universities' only official source of private student accommodation and the only place you'll need to go for private housing and housing advice. By visiting our site, you've made your first step in the right direction!
Whether you're looking for a house to share with your mates, a home for your family, a room, flat, studio flat or private hall of residence, you'll be able to search for it here. You don't need a username or password to search our lists, although you might like to register to use our Forums.
Before you start searching,take a look at our Student Pages. They include:

- A tenant's guide - your rights, what's expected of you and what to expect from your landlord
- Contract help - Just what are you signing?!
Once you're confident of the type of accommodation you want and have read through our housing guide, you'll be ready to search for your perfect place.
Tips:
- Our basic search finds you homes by
- type (whole shared house, rooms etc)
- number of bedrooms - weekly rent per person (remember - monthly rent = weekly rent x 52 divided by 12)
- area
- or any combination of the above
- No two houses are the same! Click on 'more info' or the address banner for full details of what's on offer
- Too many results? Why not try our advanced search to refine your criteria - you'll find this just below the basic option
- Looking for family accommodation? Not all homes that are suitable for families are listed under 'family'. Try a general search and look for 'families' in the main body of the advert
- Need to move in immediately? In the advanced search option, change 'attribute one' to 'available from' and 'value' to 'Now'
- No results returned? Check your criteria - they may be too specific or you may have entered a monthly, rather than weekly, rent. If you're searching by area, search one area at a time
- Interested? Take down the landlord's contact details and get in touch with him/her to arrange a viewing
- Before you sign! We can check your contract and explain the terms to you. Simply drop in to our office. NEVER part with your deposit until you're ready to sign a contract
Important!
Look out for:
- Code and Code Plus homes - from 2008, all landlords who advertise with us must sign up to our Code of Standards. If you see a C+ symbol, the property is of Code Plus standard. Click here to find out more
