Manchester Student Village is the ideal choice if you need accommodation where you you will make friends and be located close to the city centre and most campuses. Modern flats at value prices, ideal if you have a group of friends you want to share with. All flats have 3, 4 or 5 bedrooms with shared fully fitted kitchen and bathroom facilities. All bedroomsinclude single bed, wardrobe, desk, drawers and chair, comfy chair and mirror. Each room also has internet access. All kitchens include microwave, integrated oven and hob, kettle, toaster, fridge and freezer, breakfast bar and stools. A limited number of 4 bedroom kitchen-diner and one bedroom ensuite studio apartments are also available. Other features: 24/7 reception, secure swipecard access, contents insurance, onsite laundry and resident GP. Car parking is available. Rent is payable in 4 instalments but a 5% discount is available for advance payments. Connection fee payable for internet. Utilities £250. Extensive common room available. 43 and 51 week contracts available. Viewings are available at any time. All 51 week contracts start on 12th September 2009.

Summer vacancies available - allocation is done on a first come first served basis however we have around 100 rooms which are separated into flats of 3 or 4 people sharing the bathroom and kitchen facilities. The bedrooms are all single bedrooms and the prices are £12.95 per person per night with minimum 3 nights stay. For longer stays there is a discount, for every 2 weeks stayed you get a night free. The dates of availability are from 14th July until 1st September.
