Description:
Manchester Student Village is the ideal choice if you need accommodation where you will make friends and be located close to the City Centre and most campuses. Modern flats at value prices, ideal if you have group of friends you want to share with. All flats have 3,4 or 5 bedrooms with shared fully fitted kitchen and bathroom facilities. All study bedrooms include single bed, wardrobe, desk and chair, drawers, comfy chair and mirror. Each room also has internet access. All kitchens include microwave, integrated hob and oven, kettle, toaster, fridge and freezer, breakfast bar and stools. A limited number of four bedroom kitchen diners and one bedroom en-suite studio apartments are also available. Other features include 24/7 reception, secure swipecard access, contents insurance, on-site laundry and resident GP. Rent is payable in 4 installments, but a 5% discount is available for advance payments. Connection fee payable for internet. Extensive common room available. 43 &51 week contracts available. All 51 week contracts start on 13th September. Viewings are available Monday to Friday 8.30am-6pm and Saturday 10am-1pm.
Affordable summer accommodation is available at Manchester Student Village. All bedrooms are provided with bed linen and a bath towel:

- All rooms are for single occupancy only. Guests are not permitted.
- Check in will be from 2.00pm and departure at 10.00am. Any late departures will be charged for additional nights.
- Under 16s are not permitted.
- All flats are single sex unless a group booking requires a mixed sex flat.
- Bed linen and a bath towel are provided. For longer stays bedding and towels are changed every seven days.
- Longer stays (minimum 14 nights) will be charged £110 per week.
